Tracy Tiernan joined Seabird Investment Partners as Operations and Compliance Manager in 2023. She worked closely with Arch during the establishment of ITB Advisors from 2003 – 2008.  Tracy then moved on to start a boutique bookkeeping company, servicing small businesses throughout San Diego and later co-owned and operated Still Listening Productions, a local entertainment company. She brings to Seabird Investment Partners a unique blend of over 20 years of management experience in the financial and entertainment industries. Tracy and her husband Michael stay active by keeping up with their two teenagers. Her passions include hiking, yoga, and meditation, and she never misses an opportunity to hit the golf course.
