Seabird Financial Corporation has become aware of a sophisticated criminal scheme in which our firm’s name, brand, and reputation are being fraudulently used by unauthorized third parties to deceive and defraud investors.
These imposters are reportedly contacting individuals through social media (including LinkedIn), chat applications (such as WhatsApp or Telegram), and email, offering fictitious investment opportunities, “VIP plans,” and specific stock recommendations. The Reddit thread referencing a “Seabird Partners” and the stock ticker “CHOW” is one known example of this fraudulent activity.

- Our Business Practices: Seabird does not provide investment advice or recommend specific securities through social media or chat applications.
- Do Not Engage: If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Seabird under suspicious circumstances, do not provide any personal information, do not transfer funds, and cease all communication immediately.
